We coat single and dual colors including two tones where masking is required. Our choice of three oven sizes helps us work on more than one project or color at a time. Our oven sizes are 8 ft tall x 10 ft wide x 20 ft deep, 4 ft x 4 ft x 8 ft and 5 ft x 5 ft x 7 ft all gas fired. We hand load parts onto racks after media blasting, handwash to remove surface trash or debrees, apply etching & phospate chemicals,bake dry and coat each part.
Our ceramic side for headers bakes on these coatings at 750 deg's F. We coat three colors on hand, black, shiny silver and polished chrome.
